Cua nấu măng tây ,ăn rất ấm lòng. Thịt cua ngọt hoà với những cọng măng tây mềm, nước dùng hơi sanh sánh, thật là một sự hòa hợp tuyệt hảo.This traditional Vietnamese crab and asparagus soup is usually made with white asparagus. I made it with green asparagus this time because I like the color play with the red Dungeness crab.
